Using shadow inside AbsoluteLayout strips element of top/left positioning.

Working within an AbsoluteLayout, on iOS, adding a shadow
to any element will cause the top/left positioning attributes of the element to be ignored and the element is rendered at position 0:0.
The same markup works fine on Android.
