Issue with rush feature not playing note on first playback loop

On iPhone 5 IOS 9.3.2
Rush feature seems to work, but skips playback of note on first loop after recording. Will resume playing note after first rotation of playback.

@Joshua-Thompson try removing the beat duration (from 0.1 to 0.0)
