Loop not played sometimes when quantize buttons pressed several times

Sometimes when playing a recorded loop and using quantize buttons a loop will not be played but will recover on next loop.

Steps to repeat (no guaranteed to work):

1. Record loop with beat in each measure (4 measures)
2. After record press the quarter note quantize then let it quantize the loop and come back around
3. Press the 1/8 quantize and the next loop or current loop might not play
4. If that doesn't re-create the bug just try pressing different quantize buttons each loop and you might get it

Just had to move the default measure loop end handler after update notes from click track called.
