Add sound modulation mode

If user presses modulate button then upon making beat:

  1. Sound is made
  2. Immediately after the sound is made the user can move their hands in different directions and modulate the sound
  3. Need to determine how long we will allow user to modulate sound and how to allow them to stop modulating and save that sample into the loop
