3D Viz does not show up in the kibana Visualize tab

Hi,

We are trying to install the plugin on windows.

Everytime when we run the npm install command, it removes certain files from the node modules folder in Kibana directory. Kibana doesnt not start then.
We manually replaced the missing files and Kibana is running smooth.

File cloned in coreplugins folder.

But we are not able to find the 3D viz chart types in visualize tab.
We tried with version 5.0.0 also with 6.4.1.
Both the same issue.
Where are we going wrong?

Please Help.
