Increasing speed only works if the video is focused

The if from row 578 allows speeding down, but not speeding up if the video is not focused. Just a small inconsistency that i can swear was not there before; it could also be just my browser who interprets it that way.

@romagia You're right I'm missing a pair of brackets. Corrected to require video focus for speed controls.
The bug here however is that the speed controls work when the video is unfocused.
