Mention ColorBrewer.jl

ColorBrewer.jl is another set of colormaps, coming from colorbrewer2.org, made into a Julia package. (By @timothyrenner, not me.)
It would be good to mention it in the README as an additional source of well-designed colormaps.

ColorBrewer is not registered. Any reason not to, @timothyrenner? It would make sense to recommend only registered packages in the official docs.
