Syntax highlighting breaks when jumping in file

Example: if I jump from the start of this file https://github.com/fredrikekre/Literate.jl/blob/d561b540e3fb601e63a951671356e71d4389c5f2/src/Literate.jl to e.g. https://github.com/fredrikekre/Literate.jl/blob/d561b540e3fb601e63a951671356e71d4389c5f2/src/Literate.jl#L623 (by searching for execute_block) the result is like this:

However, if I go there by scrolling line by line (just holding j) things work:
