[1.10] Pkg.precompile crash exits when package hits redefinition error

Note that precompile
exits when hitting the CPUSummary
error that causes the ?
classification, without letting all jobs finish, and following this another call to precompile
had more work to do.

I guess not a Pkg.jl issue anymore.

Shouldn't it be because 1.10?
