Command line arguments for Fixed Point GAN and VAE

I am currently evaluating this model using the full CheXpert dataset for comparison with other approaches. What are the command line arguments used for running the Fixed Point GAN and VAE models used in this paper? Specifically the arguments used for specifying the dataset directories, but the entire command would be highly appreciated.
