Convert to pre-processor for easier editing

I'd be happy to translate this all to SCSS, if contributors/owners don't mind the extra straight-forward compilation step. This would make it easier to edit / add on to in the long run.

Let me know if there's any interest!

If I'd be able to convert it through an online processor, that's fine with me! Sometimes I'm not on a computer with a development environment set up.

The Naut team are actually working on an SASS rewrite, although apparently, they're holding off on releasing it for realsies until the Reddit redesign. Whenever that's actually coming out.

But if you want to fork what they've got so far, it's on the dev branch of /Axel--/Naut-for-reddit.
