The "Click On Deployment of Contrail and Kubernetes in AWS" wiki page is outdated; the referred Cloudformation template points to non-existing CentOS AMIs.
I prepared a version of this kind of AWS deployment which doesn't depend on an deployer server, after deploying the CF template, it can be deployed from localhost. Happy to include.
