No location where ubuntu and centos packages can be stored for download

Currently there is no location where ubuntu and centos packages can be made available for general download.

This would be very useful, currently user must build these from source code,

I am going to close this because we are have no solution to this problem. People will need to use the packging scripts to build their own rpms if they need them.
