JuliaPro v 0.6.4.1 does not start in Atom

Juno REPL is stuck at starting Julia.
Windows 7 o/s and JuliaPro v 0.6.4.1
I don't understand the problem. Some of my friends are using the same version without any issues. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, it does not work.

JuliaPro v 0.6.4.1 is deprecated! There's a high chance that some Juno package is not compatible with it anymore. Why do you want to use JuliaPro v 0.6? Use the latest one. It is better
