The only thing I feel this is missing is a logout macro, would be great to see it included in a future release as an optional bind

I've looked into this and I recommend just using http://lutbot.com/#/ if you want a logout macro. Nothing I implement will be as good as that for logging out, and I don't want to include cports.exe in my repository just to mimic that performance.
