Occupation erroneously converted to lower-case letters in German

In Beta 3, in the German language the first letter of the occupation of an individual is erroneously converted to lower-case letters. To simplify this task I suggest to keep the occupation as is in all languages. Examples:
Erika Mustermann, buchhalterin, Tochter von... (1 OCCU Buchhalterin)
Max Mustermann, iT Manager, Sohn von... (1 OCCU IT Manager)
