DefaultManager should be renamed in next major release.

The name for managing the device operating system (DefaultManager) is bad, and doesn't match the actual functionality of the command group. This should be renamed something like OsManager, SystemManager, or OperatingSystemManager.

I'd say OsManager, as this name is used in mcumgr?

Sounds good to me!
As an aside, I want to publish version 1.0.0, once I have the time to finally finish the transfer & transport changes, . So, if you have any things that you want to change that would be breaking (such as changing names), let's try to get them all into that release.
