Doc can interact where a player has been killed

When someone is revived, and another call come, the medic accept it, and he can interacte ( Press E for reanimate blabla ) in the old "zone".

Little explain : Player A died, Medic press E and revive him. Player B died, medic accept, and he can press E where the player A is died.
