I think this is an excellent recap of the many of the issues plaguing the community for years.

Personally, I've been having my emotions fixate on certain events. It's good to see another perspective which ultimately wants to work towards collaboration and improving the current state of affairs.

Don't want to provide any corrections, as I think everything was well stated. Just want to offer a genuine thanks for compiling this for the community.
