Can we add fast forward on mobile browser (double-click left or right in the video player to fast backward or fast forward 10 seconds)?

与 YouTube 相通的功能请求：

  1. 双击屏幕左右两侧以快退/快进 10 秒；
  2. 长按屏幕左右两侧以 2 倍速倒放/快放视频；

另外 YouTube 实际上还支持长按空格键快放视频，但估计几乎没人知道，反而极其容易意外触发，不建议添加这个百害而无一利的功能。
