API works well (I have tested the controller API), and the video can be played on Windows platform. But it doesn't work on my centOS 7 server.

Glad to receive your feedback！
When the program is playing video,it will call the FFmpeg——this is a binary video decoding library embedded in the kiftd.Therefore, this problem is most likely due to your OS does not support embedded FFmpeg’s version.Solve this problem,you can try to change the version of FFmpeg or disable it.For more information, please see page 89 of the documentation.
