We have a system where users can comment on questions via CAPQuiz.
However, it is very hard to track, sort or organise these comments, and the feature should be developed further into a full fledged issue tracking system.

The new QTracker module has been created to provide the issue tracker. Further development and issue tracking should be done on that repo, closing this issue.
