User story - 404 page

Story
As a player, I can be directed to a 404 page so that I can see that wrongly typed page doesn't exist on the site.
Acceptance Criteria
- 404 page has appropriate information on it and is nicely styled
- appears when something incorrectly typed into URL on IDE and deployed version
Tasks
- Create 404 page in HTML
- Style 404 page
- Check that it works on IDE and deployed site
