CMake: Add Qt select switch

If we have both Qt5 and Qt6, your CMake will select Qt6 without doubt. Please, add switch to force Qt5, because KDE not on Qt6 yet.

I added BUILD_WITH_QT_VERSION CMake option with possible values Qt5, Qt6 and Auto.
