Second part of setup wizard continues on second startup

What happened?
After signing in to Kaiteki during the first launch you are not asked about theme/behavior settings. When you launch it for the second time you are asked about these settings. This seems like a bug.
Expected behavior
After signing into account for the first time it should ask you about behavior/theme settings.
How to reproduce
- Install Kaiteki
- Sign in to an account
- Close app
- Re-open app
What platform are you seeing the issue on?
