Mountain Terrain / Silver Veins Not Regenerating?

I've noticed that silver veins in mountains still look dugout after running the reset world processor with clean structures. It appears like nothing else is too close to affect the chunk. Could you confirm if it works or not?

Could it be that known_strings is missing some entries such as:

rock3_silver_frac
