[ToS] Cutscene black screen

Every time there's an anime cutscene there's about 80% chance it will become just a black screen and the rest of the game remains a black screen.

The log is just saying it's playing a movie and the movie file name, no error whatsoever. I'm using steam version ToS on Windows 10.

Same issue here.... I thought it might get fixed by using only one monitor, but the problem remains.
