Card tags don't appear to be working

The tag icon next to an added word is not displayed in cases where it would be appropriate to be displayed as per my experience with the pc version of yomichan/anki connect.

This isn't an added feature as it isn't used by many people from what I've seen
I'm also currently very busy working on my other project exSTATic along with work/uni so don't really have the time to add new features in
Feel free to add support yourself and make a PR though, I'm more than happy to accept contributions 😄
