metadata.txt does not point to the right github repo:

it points to:

https://github.com/KaplanOpenSource/qgis-open-data-loader

while it is here:

https://github.com/KaplanOpenSource/qgis-open-data

I would remove the old version and just add the new one...

(note: I'm not one of the official approvers, but please make it as easy as possible to find the relevant information for them)
