switch_hirom in c64_easyflash.mfk should write to $DE00 not $DE01

The switch_hirom function in c64_easyflash.mfk changes $DE01 but it should be $DE00 as per the EasyFlash docs:

Interestingly, Vice will run EasyFlash crt files built with the change happening on $DE01. But tests on real hardware don't work. Change it to $DE00 and the real hardware works.
