Tag doesn't make sense as a distribution name

If I look at the GKlib tags
https://github.com/KarypisLab/GKlib/tags
to be able to download the tar-file, I just see this entry
METIS-v5.1.1-DistDGL-0.5
which mis-labels it as a MEITS download not a GKlib download.

If i download the tar-file and unpack it, the created directory is named GKlib-METIS-v5.1.1-DistDGL-0.5 which makes more sense.

Also it seems perverse that the GKlib tar-file is mis-named METIS
METIS-v5.1.1-DistDGL-0.5.tar.gz
and the METIS tar-file doesn't have a name:
v5.1.1-DistDGL-v0.5.tar.gz
