Is this website being discontinued for ParMETIS? I cannot access it.

Even just putting in a git tag for releases would be really helpful for us who package this.

@karypis Can you please create a 4.0.3 tag for the initial commit at least?

In Arch Linux parmetis is broken (and all required packages), because metis was upgraded, need be patched, but there no exists a way o we do not know which commit take it as stable release for testing.
