Phone does not connect to wireless network

Hey there!
Raspberry PI 4 on RPI OS Bullseye
eth0 connected to wifi repeter and TL-WN725N (did not installed drivers)
I am not able to connect my phone to the Raspberry... Infinite loading (see video)
