As a VISITOR or USER,
When viewing a location forecast,
I see:

  • Today's forecast overview
  • Today's forecast additional details
  • 7 day forecast (first day is today)

As a USER and not a VISITOR,
I see a flag that indicates if this location
has been added to my favorites,
and I can interact with this flag/button
to add/remove from my favorites.
