So, let me see if I got this correct. You want a wrapper for CraftIRC in ChitChat? I'll try and see if I can whip something up.

Its something like bridge between ingame chat and irc. For example set global channel, which is interconnected with irc. This give possibility interconnect many servers chats using global irc channel.

I probably won't allow you to mess with the global channel. It will be a lot more headache to code, and deal with. I'm more thinking of maybe something like /channel create ircChannel IRC The IRC channel -irc <address here>
