Have ForumTopicDetail return a query

Have the forumTopicDetail method return a query instead of a list. This would make is consistent with other methods.

This relates to some previously deleted issues. Due to the strange schema format a query can not be returned because it would also require a PaginatedIterator, and this library isn't ready to add this method yet.
