Description of `.interaction`-files are spread out

Currently .interaction-files are described/specified (slightly differently) in
- section "Test Data" / "Interactive Problems"
- section "Test Data" / "Samples" / "Samples shown in the problem statement"
- section "Output Validator" / "Reporting Additional Feedback" / "Multi-pass validation"
We should consider defining it in one place and refer to that.
