Describe the bug
Unable to index document or link in /index chat

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. /index chat
  2. Insert document or website link in chat per instructions
  3. Wait 10 minutes
  4. See error

Expected behaviour
Expect the bot to be able to index the document or website
