libdc1394-22-dev dropped from Mint MATE 21

Did not know apparently libdc1394-22-dev was dropped from 21.
I'm new to Linux Mint MATE since Sunday Aug 7, & Github since today. My skills went stale since using ubuntu 6.06.
Requested help in Mint Forum & new doc-ok.org Forum.
When attempting to install in Terminal this is result:

Building dependency tree… Done
Reading state information… Done
E: Unable to locate package libdc1394-22-dev
Problem while downloading prerequisite packages; please fix the issue and try again
it appears libdc1394 supersedes libdc1394-22-dev
