[BUG] Approve tag not adding found tag to main album

Describe the bug
When a BikeTag Ambassador approves a new BikeTag Post, the following actions should occur:

1. The selected tag images should be copied from the queue album to the main album of the game. The found image is applied to the "current" biketag post for that game and the new mystery tag is added as the new biketag post.
2. Emails are sent to BikeTag Ambassadors that a new round was posted.
3. Any and all remaining tags in the round will have their found images saved to the archive album for that game. All images in the queue album are deleted.

Expected behavior
The process outlined above should complete successfully, the UI for the BikeTag Ambassador should reflect the success of this process with a reload of the home view, which should display the new round.
