Feature Request: update out of range flag to highlight entire out-of-range cell, or potentially drop rows in which no values are out of range.

Description
The flag function in model_comparison currently highlights only the text color for those cells that are out of range. Please update this to (optionally) highlight the entire cell instead, to make it easier to read. It would also be helpful if rows could be dropped where there are no values out of range, so that the user doesn't need to scan through as much information.
