Delete 1.3.0 tag (extra tag)

The tags 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 have typo's in them. The release that will work for now is 1.3.0, I am working on a 1.1.0 and a 1.2.0. I need to delete the tags for 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0.

EDIT: I fixed the bugs in the releases 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 but now the tag 1.3.0 needs to be deleted.

EDIT 2: I fixed the bugs, but still not quite read #10 . I'm still not sure how I can delete the tag 1.3.0
