Cannot save new instance

Brief bug description

When trying to add a new instance, user receives error: 'unknown action type: upsertInstance'

Repro steps

  1. Go to connect page
  2. Click on 'New Connection' tab
  3. Enter and submit new connection details
  4. See error in console

Expected behavior

Instance is saved.
