Staging task doesn't generate with Non Adhoc relationships

If the relationship is NOT ad hoc, the related pages UI Doesn't seem to generate a staging task...

I removed the code that would not generate the task if it wasn't adhoc, it will product 'double' logs if you delete a relationship through the General -> Relationship (as that itself triggers a log document), but probably pretty rare that happens if you are using relationships extended.
