KDMAPI Fails to initialize for any MIDI app

This issue happened purely at random, I don't know what I did to do this.
I already tried a fresh install, and troubleshooting the driver.
It does not make any logs relevant to the MIDI app I was trying to launch.

I seemed to have fixed my issue by re-patching PFA.
