Bug : Roots. Deleting a documentType from the child site will result in it being added at next sync.

if you delete a document type from the childsite, that has come from the parent site, then that content item will be recreated next type uSync imports.

Issue:
The delete file is created correctly in the child site's uSync folder. but after merge the file from the roots site takes over - so you get a create (the delete file should win)
