A password is unlocked for 1 minute in Beyondtrust, and thus the maximum request frequency is every 2 minutes from Keyfactor. Otherwise, a collision on an already unlocked password occurs and the request for the password from Keyfactor fails.
This should be fixed to lookup existing password unlock sessions when we fail to create a new one, so that a request can continue to operate in higher frequency applications.
