Missing TraceParameterDefinitions should be derived when first trace is added

It's currently required for a user to specify what data they will provide to the trace set, even though the data length cannot change between traces in the same set. If left unspecified, the engine can and should infer the TraceParameterDefinitionMap from the TraceParameterMap of the first Trace.
