Feature: be able to launch the app without Electron

Being able to launch the application without the electron Main process will be useful for two reasons :

  1. Use Tempus on the web
  2. Develop a mobile application for Tempus

To achieve this we need to remove the Node/Electron modules on the frontend app only when it's not launched via Electron
