Application doesn't open sometimes on iOS devices

“Application is not working properly. Everything is disappeared after 2 or 3 days. We again redownload it after delete previous Application”
on my device, i swipe from the left side of the screen back to the main screen and the banis appear again (ios btw)
Which version of iOS?

although for me its everytime the app goes into the background and left there for an hour or so (edited)
This happens for me once in a while. I quit the app and reopen and it usually fixes it
